As they do on many days, an idea struct me today. I've been, as many of us have been, on a quest for improved health over all of the last two and a half years. While I do believe I've made strides to make myself more healthy and even improve the health and well-being of those around me, I couldn't tell you what I've done. I have no record of the progress I've made, other than several memories of eating things which now would rightfully disable my appetite. I therefore has arrived at the notion of creating, as so many people do these day, a blog to capture my daily, weekly, monthly progressions. In this way I hope to aquire a graps on what it is that I've been changing; which ingredients are truly determining the outcome which is my healfulness & happiness in life. Lets start with today shall we?
Dinner:
Brown rice seasoned with hot sauce (added while still absorbing water so as to flavor the individual rice grains not just as a coating -- much more smooth) with freshly diced plum-tomatoes over
Garlic sauteed Brocolli rab
Desert:
A fine glass of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut Champagne
enjoyed while lying in a warm salt-bath listening to the best of classical music
